Good morning today I am sharing a Chester with you this is Cool Chester and he is a new stamp available to purchase now...
I have coloured him with a mix of markers and a touch of white pen, I have used some scraps of papers, added some lace and Spotty Ribbon, I have added a simple sentiment, that I cut out with a Die-namic Flag stax, I also used some more scraps with my flagstax for the top corner...
I added some spica glitter pen on his glasses then some Glossy Accents as this makes them look like glasses and sparkle too, I have used Layered Roses for my flowers....
