Good morning all, well it is finally Friday this week has been a right one for me one way or another, I am totally lost with the days and glad it is over with, there is a new challenge over at Just Magnolia, and this week it is to use more than one image....
So on to my nightmare card, first I got it all made up without remembering it was 2 images, then as I was adding a touch of darker colour to her dress my pen ran out so I filled it up and when I pulled the lid of it blobbed R85 all over, I didn't have time to start over as I am behind and running late, so I popped some white dots with gel pen over the pink dots on the shadow, and the ones on the grass I tried to turn in to flowers, The papers are Prima Songbird and MME Blush, I have distressed them with chalk inks, I have added some Natural Lace, Seam Binding with a Button, some Butterflies with Gem centres, I have die cut some corner and added a White Pearl on each and my flowers are, Tea Rose, Lilies, Sweetheart Blossom, 10mm Roses and Tea Rosebuds and a little sentiment with a bit of scrap Kraft Card...
I have used a mini magnolia that a gorgeous friend sent me for my birthday (my first ever mini one thank you so much) on the inside for my 2 images, and added heaps of Stardust and Dazzling Diamonds, thank you so very much for looking today I hope you can join in with us this week, huggles Pops x x x

So pretty! I just love that pink daisy paper from MME!! Today was the first time that I saw a mini Magnolia! Unfortunately I had already blown a fortune and couldn't grab any, but now I know!
Nightmare card? It's gorgeous, Pops! I would never have guessed you had problems with it. I love the white dots in the shadow and the teeny flowers! Such a creative and beautiful "save"! Also loving your color combo as always and the beautiful flowers!

I love mini magnolias so much, it's great to create insides or images that should be a bit far behind the original image.

Well I have to agree with Bev, this is no way a nightmare, but I understand it would have felt so when it happened. I think I prefer the grass with the added little 'blobby' flowers, its sweet. and the shadow dots look rather good and give the image a different effect. You are too much a perfectionist I think. Honestly Pops this is adorable.
