Die-ing for a Challenge number 2 (and a little cloud tutorial as promised )

Good morning everyone today is challenge day over at Die-ing for a Challenge, the theme this month is Brown and Blue, remember to follow the rules and use a die or punch some where on your creations...

I have used the gorgeous Pretty in patches, she has been coloured with markers, white pen and chalks, the gorgeous papers are Prima En Francais, I have used my nesties dies, a fancy label die and a Butterfly, the text is from Polka Dot Greeting....

And later than promised sorry about that but I have a poorly boy, here is how I do my clouds, sorry about the pants photos I hope that you can make out what I am doing...

I use my chalks and a paint brush and some cotton wool...

First I give her some red cheeks, with chalks if you don't like it you can just rub it out with a pencil rubber....

I drew a cloudish shape on some card and cut it out, I pop this over where I want my clouds and dip my cotton wool in the blue chalk and brush over the template...

I just keep adding to it, remember if you do not like it you can just rub it out, I also added Brown to her hair, jeans and hat and Blue to her top...

When I have finished I add in my little white bits with my WHITE PEN, I did her cheeks some dots, the inside of her flowers, I gave the leaves some lines, dots on her trousers and hair ribbons and some places where I had gone over the lines slightly I just popped a bit there too, I always use crafter companion spray and shine after I have finished to keep the chalk in place, I hope that this is useful to you, I know it is simple but I do not do difficult, thank you for looking today biggest of hugs love Pops x x x x

I am also with you 100% on the new comment verification thing - I CANNOT read those new captchas :( They drive me nuts and I get locked out of the commenting completely after so many fails :( tut.
