Berries or Cherries

Over at DP2 there is a challenge for something sweet, I couldn't decide on Berries or Cherries so I did both...

This is Blueberry Girl and she has been coloured with markers, my papers are Echo Park Springtime and Lilac House, the edges have been distressed, I have edges the image with Grundge Stamps, the flowers are Summer Petals,  25mm Open Roses, Sweetheart Blossoms, 15mm Open Roses and 10mm Open Roses, they have been glittered with Stardust, I have added a sentiment and a Butterfly and some Purple Gems.....

Then I reversed the layout for the next one which is Cherry another cutie....

My little girl has been coloured with markers also, the papers are Lost and Found, I have used the same Grundge Stamp on the edges, with the same Sentiment, The flowers are Summer Petals,  25mm Open Roses, Sweetheart Blossoms, 15mm Open Roses and 10mm Open Roses, they have been glittered with Stardust, and some Red Gems...

Lili of the Valley Square

I am sharing a card with you using the Lili of the Valley Squares, these are no longer available in the web shop but the ones that was left are available through the Lili Of the Valley EBAY store that the girls run, they have some older images too, but I wanted to show you that the Squares can make a card really quickly, it took me ten minutes to do this card....

These are perfect if you are in a rush, or if you have run out of your favorite marker, I have used Lost and Found papers, I have added a Heart Doily, some Red Gems, my flowers are 25mm Open Rose, Carnations, 15mm Open Rose, I have used a Frond Punch for my leaves, Butterfly Die-Namics, I have distressed all the edges....

JM/HS Challenge

This week at JM/HS my teamie Dawny P has chosen Buttons, Bows and Blooms for the challenge, we are sponsored by The Ribbon Girl and The Cutting Cafe....

I have coloured Tilda with Markers, Pencils and Chalks, I have used Lost and Found papers, I have distressed all the edges, my flowers are 25mm Wild Rose, 25mm Open Rose and Hip Rosebuds, with some punched Frond leaves, I have added some White lace and a strip of Ribbon with a bow I have added a Venice Lace Butterfly to the bow, I have added a punched Butterfly and some White Pearls, and 4 little buttons, the sentiment is done in stickers....

Lili of the Valley Challenge

This week at Lili of the Valley my teamie Domi has done a sketch for us to follow, I have to admit I have not done a card with just the one paper so I found this one hard to do, we are sponsored by Lili of the Valley with a £10 Voucher to spend In store...

I have used one of the new Christmas stamps called Pretty Poinsettia and she has been coloured with markers, chalks and pencils, I have added some Stardust, the paper was from my scrap box, I have added this gorgeous Silk Ribbon that is so so soft I really did not want to cut in to it, I have hung a charm from the knot, I have added some Metal Corners and my flowers are Carnations, Cherry Blossoms and 10mm Open Roses...

Blush Blondie

Good morning everyone, I did not get up until 9 can you believe that, my first sleep in in ages, I feel so refreshed though and I am going to have a slow day I think, Today I am sharing Blush Blondie a new Greeting Farm stamp, I have fallen in love with these as they have proper faces and look so cute...

I have coloured her with makers, Pencils and Chalks, I have used Julianne Papers and slightly distressed the edges, I have used Kraft for the base and a Frond punch and Butterfly Die-Namic, I have added some Pearls, my flowers are Curly Rose, Cherry Blossoms, 25mm Open Rose and Sweetheart Blossoms...

I also wanted to say a huge thank you to all my blogging friends for coming over to follow my new blog, and I want to share a cute picture with you look how big they are now, Lhasa Apsos at 2 weeks and 2 days old....

DP2 Challenge

I have have the most relaxing day today, finished all my big clean and moved all my craft things yet again, but feel so refreshed, I sat and made a card for a the DP2 Challenge, which is Summer Vacation...

I have used Janie in July, isn't she a sweetie, she has been coloured with markers and a white pen for a few highlights, I have added some Stardust to her bikini, the papers are Echo Park Summertime, I have added a sentiment I found in my stash, the flowers are Carnations, Cherry Blossoms, and 15mm Open Roses, I have used a Frond Punch for the leaves and a Butterfly Die-Namic for my Butterflies I have also added some Gems...

Teddy Bo Tuesday

Good morning everyone, today is Tuesday so that means a  new challenge at Teddy BO and this week it is altered somethings, I may have gone a bit mad here with my book...

I love this image both my girls look like this all day every day, she is the new Teddy Bea 128 and will be released Next Week, she has been carefully cut out and coloured with markers, pencils and a touch of chalk, the papers are Echo Park scrap bits, I found some corrugated board and used this as a base, as I has cut off her earphone wire i used button twine to make her a new one, I have some music notes too...

I have added some Blooms and some 25mm Open Rose and I have gone a tab bit mad with my Stardust, I have inked the edges and added some coloured Staples here and there...

I have added my daughters name with stickers and I have added a large butterfly with some Gems and some Seam Binding down the side, who needs a boring A4 book when you can have a bright one that really stands out, thank you so much for looking today biggest of hugs love Pops x x x x x

Sweet Blossom

Good Morning everyone, thank you so much to those people that have come back to follow me, and as you can see this blog is working perfect for me, today I am sharing Sweet Blossom with you she has to be one of my favorite images from Sylvia its the little face I think...

I know my picture is a bit wonky, I have used Julianne Papers as they have a mix of my faves I have inked the edges with a chalk ink, the image has been coloured with markers and pencils, I have added some Carnations and 25mm Open Roses, and I have added lots of Stardust on them to make them sparkle, I have used my Frond punch and added some leaves and a Butterfly, I have stuck some Gems in the corners, the sentiment is stickers....

Christmas In July

Starting over

My old blog just wont let me post on it at all so I am starting over with this new one, I have missed so many things not being able to post and fingers crossed a new start is just what I need, so on to today's card....

I have used one of Lori's gorgeous images this one is School Time Lucy I have coloured her with markers and pencils and a touch of chalks, the papers are My Minds eye Hazel and I have used Kraft as my base the sentiment is from the Whiff of Joy summer kit....

I have used my Frond punch to cut out some leaves and added some Blooms, Cherry Blossoms, 25mm open Roses and some 15 mm Open Roses, I have added some Pearls to the corner and punched out a butterfly, Thank you so much for looking today biggest of hugs love Pops x x x

Blush Babette

 Good morning, today the puppies eyes are beginning to open and they are turning to hear sounds it is so very sweet, I shall try to get some pictures uploaded so you can see just how much they are grown and changed colour, I have made a thank you card today using Blush Babette...

 She is so sweet and I thought she would suit browns and cream...

Teddy Bo Tuesday

Good morning, today is Tuesday so this means it is Teddy Bo Tuesday and I have made a card and a gift with one of the new images and the very first one I got, I hope that my customer likes this as i had fun making it and may have a go at a few more candles...

I have made a card with a hidden tag...

Sunday's with Crissy

 I am so late in posting this as I have been up solid for two nights and I have just had a little well earned sleep, I lost another puppy very early in the morning, and all day yesterday I thought I was going to loose another one, he is really happy and healthy and just believe it or not, had trapped wind that was upsetting him, after some help to go to toilet every half hour and some infacol he is so much better, this is because he was piling on the weight 79 grams in one day is not very good, but he seems to have settled down now and I am more relaxed, sorry I haven't gotten around to you all but I will do by the end of the day....

I have used the gorgeous image called Maya blowing bubbles (from Whimsy Stamps), she has to be one of my favorites, no matter how old you are everyone likes bubbles  and I have been practicing with different tones for my skin again....

A keepsake for the tiny leavers

Every year I try to make a little something for the year six class that is leaving primary, they have a little prom and I make a button hole and a little corsage for the girls, it is something for them to keep also as I think primary is the best years for the kiddies....

Here is what you will need for each one, a circle punch I cut out 3, I have a ribbon hole punch and I cut one circle with 2 slits, I use 3 LEAFS, a length of SEAM BINDING and 2 TRELLIS ROSES...

I use wet glue and pop a lot on, I put the 3 leafs in the place i want them to be...

I then stick on the Trellis roses and hold them in place for a few seconds to make sure the glue has gripped them...

I take the circle with the slots in and thread my Seam Binding through making sure I have the same amount at each end...

I add some more wet glue making sure there is some on the Seam Binding too, this is so it doesn't pull out...

I then stick the Trellis Roses on tot he ribbon again holding for a few seconds to make sure it has gripped...

The bottom of it should look like this, I then glue the last remaining circle to the bottom part so that the Seam Binding stays in place and the bottom is tidy...

This is what it looks like when it is finished, these are for little kiddies, if you wanted to do one for an adult, you can use nestie circles and add feather, gems, stamens and so on...

I leave for half an hour or so just to make sure it stays in place and dried nicely...

I tried really hard with this picture to get the sparkle I have sprayed on it, it is really sparkly and gorgeous in real life...

This is the finished corsage and it looks gorgeous...

I have used different coloured flowers and sometimes mix them up I also use different ribbons so they are all different,  thank you so much for looking today biggest of hugs love Pops x x  x
