Fashionista

Good afternoon everyone i have a card to share today and a simple ribbon tutorial that i hope you find useful....

I have used "Fashionista" and i have coloured her with markers and chalks, i have added a cloud background and some grass, i have added "Glitter" to her bows, her leggings and her belt for a little extra sparkle, my papers are my all time fave "Lost and Found" i have added some "Flowers" and some "Buttons" which i have tied a little bow with "Button Twine" i have punched a "Butterfly" and double layered it so it pops off the pages, i have inked all the edges....

As always i have decorated the inside to match, here is how i made my bow using double sided ribbon i got "HERE"....

Lili of the Valley Challenge

Well this is the last challenge of the year at "Lili of the Valley", and what a year it has been i cannot wait to start a new year all fresh, so the challenge this week is new beginnings, this could be new craft things, new baby, new home, new year etc i have gone for new craft things....

I have used a new to be released stamp called Birthday fairy and she has been coloured with markers, i have used my new "Jazmyne Papers" my new "Punch" my new Ribbon and the gorgeous pearls are new from my gorgeous blogging friend <3 I have used my new "sentiments" with my new "Die" and my gorgeous selection of flowers are from "Wild Orchid Crafts".....

Dandelion Clock

I have just finished the sorting out and i am finally feeling miles better, and i have had the chance to play with one of the new stamps that are going to released on 11th January from "Lili of the Valley" i am blown away by just how cute these are....

This cute is called Dandelion Clock, i have coloured her with markers, and inked the edges, i have used papers from "Dies to Die for" and one of the new "Nellie's Multi Frame" i have added some gorgeous "Prima Flowers" thank you sweetie, and each one has a gem brad through the centre what i got from my gorgeous blogging Buddie, thank you sweetie, i have added a "Ticket Sentiment" and cropped it with the new "Ticket Die" i have added some gingham ribbon....

Merry Christmas

Whiff of Joy Blog Hop

Sugar Nellie Cuites

I have sat all day and managed to make 2 cards that are not for Christmas and feel really pleased with myself....

This cutie is "Elise" and she has been coloured with markers and chalks, the gorgeous papers are "Bo Bunny" and these are on special offer at the moment "HERE" i have added a few odd flowers i had laying around and some lovely sheer ribbon i recycled....

This has to be my favorite image ever, it kinda reminds me of Liddie super chilled out all the time, i have been waiting for this "Hippie Chick" for ages and she is now available to buy so go get her as i am sure she will be out f stock again very soon, she too has been coloured with markers and chalks and i have used "Bo Bunny" papers again, i have also used "Zig zag" punch and "Prima" flowers with super gorgeous "Prima" centres, thank you so much for looking biggest of hugs love Pops x x x  x

Magical Monday

I am so late with my dt card today, i went to bed yesterday as i am full of cold and my back was hurting and i have only just got up, full of flu, there is only Teej who is OK, sorry ladies for being so late, the challenge this week at "Magical Monday" is fairy tale Christmas....

I have used "Christmas Angel Flying" coloured with markers and chalks, papers are a mix from "Dies to die for" i have added a ribbon with a brad centre, thank you for looking, i am going back to bed now hugs Pops x x x

Non traditional

I wanted to make some Christmas cards but in calming colours....

This is "Lida's New best friend" from Papilio stamps....

DP2 Challenge

I want to start by saying sorry, i don't know what is wrong with my blog today, every time i try to leave a comment it signs me out, i am hoping that what ever it is goes away quickly as it is taking me forever to try to comment and then it is not publishing them, i promise i am not being ignorant lol, the challenge at "DP2" this week is winter wonderland, and what better than a baby's first Christmas, i loved Christmas when mine where small it was always so magical sadly as they get older it goes away....

I have used "Baby's first Christmas" and she has been coloured with markers and chalks, i have added some white highlights, my papers are a mix of "MME" and "Bo Bunny" from Dies to die for, i have added a sentiment and some gorgeous flowers and Buttons from "Crafty Feeling" and i have sprayed the whole card with dazzling diamonds for extra sparkle, thank you so much for looking today biggest of hugs Pops x  x x

Introducing BEAU

One of the gorgeous mew images available to buy now from "Digi Stamp Boutique" up first for "Friday Sketchers" is "Party Beau" so cute....

I have coloured her with makers and chalks and i have used up scraps of paper from last year, the ribbon is from stash and mt buttons and charm is from "Quixotic Paperie" the sentiment is a Su one i have had for ages, and i have punched out flowers using scraps of paper....

This cute it is "Winter Beau" and she has been coloured using markers and chalks, i have again used up scraps of paper, i have added some sparkly ribbon, some snowflakes and a red flower from "Crafty Feeling" i have added 2 "Ticket" sentiments and stapled them on....

And lastly here is "Birthday Beau" she has also been coloured with markers and chalks, and using my scrap papers again, i have added some snowflakes with a gem on each and a red ribbon with a big bow, my sentiment is one of the new "Lili of the Valley" calendar ones, i have added some flowers from "Crafty Feeling" and also added a gem to them, thank you for looking today big hug love Pops x x x x

Lili of the Valley

Good morning today is Thursday and that means "Lili of the Valley" has a new challenge up this week we have a sketch by Dena and just to let you no you have 3 weeks to get this one in as the dt are all taking a little break so plenty of time to get your card done...

I thought i had a pile of white card left and when i went to get it it was paper, so my card looks a little bit dark and crap sorry about that, i have used "Xmas ted for 2 presents" and he has been coloured with markers and chalks, i have used a "Christmas Sentiment" and my papers are "Bo Bunny" i have added a touch of glitter, diamond dust and a die cut, thank you for looking today big hugs love Pops x x  x

Whiff of Joy and Simon says

Over at "Whiff of Joy" and "Simon Says" the challenge is Christmas with no red and green, i thought this would be easy but almost everything i have has red or green on....

I have used "Winter Charlotte with Cat" she has been coloured with markers and chalks, my papers are "Bo bunny" i have added some snowflakes and a sentiment i have also used one of the gorgeous new brads from Whiff of Joy they can be found "HERE"....

Here is "Angel Henry" coloured with markers and chalks, i have used "Bo bunny" papers and created a snowflake frame....

Here is "Ice skating Henry" coloured with markers and chalks i have used scraps of paper for this one and added some holly and berries....

  

And lastly "Wee with Christmas Tree" coloured with markers and chalks, i have used scraps of paper for this one and added some liquid pearls, the ribbon was from "Quixotic Paperie" before i go i just wanted to tell you Sammie has had her pot of and her stitches out today her foot is very sore and swollen but she said she can now itch, she wanted me to say a big thank you to you all for the lovely messages and emails that she has recieved, thank you for looking today big hug love Pops x x x x

The Sugar Bowl Challenge

There is a gorgeous sketch over at "The Sugar Bowl" one i will be using again, i have a few cards to share today as i am trying to catch up with things now Sammie is back on her feet....

I have used "Santa's Little Helper" and she has been coloured with markers and chalks, i have used a mix of papers from "Dies to die for" and distressed the edges, i have added some lace from stash and a gorgeous snowflake ribbon from "Quixotic Paperie" i have included the added option of snowflakes and i have glittered them up, i have added a ribbon flower with some pearl beads in the centre....

I have used "Rock Idol" and he has been colored with markers and chalks, i have used papers from "Dies to die for" and i have made 2 records and added some "Ticket" sentiments....

I have used "Pets Corner" and he has been coloured with markers and chalks, my papers are from "Dies to die for" and i have distressed the edges in crackle paint and added 2 stars....

I have used a really old stamp and i cannot find him on the website, he has been coloured with markers and chalks, my papers are from "Dies to die for" and i have added some snowflakes and some diamond dust, thank you for looking today biggest of hugs love Pops x x x

DP2 Challenge

This week at "DP2" the challenge is Glitz and Glimmer a nice and easy one to do after all who doesn't like Glitz and Glimmer....

I have used "Siku and Shiya" coloured with markers, my papers are scrap but are lovely and glittery i have added glitter to the fur on the coats and snowflake and i have sprayed glimmer mist over it to give it lots of sparkles....

This is "Nicholas bearing gifts" who has also been coloured with markers and i have used scraps of paper....

This is "Kia in the snow" as a baby girls, again coloured with markers and scraps of paper, i have added some flowers and snowflakes and some diamond dust for the snow, thank you all for looking today big hugs love Pops x x  x x

Sugar Nellie WOW competition

Over on the "Sugar Nellie" blog there is a competition going for WOW (white on white) cards i have never in my life done a wow card and i found this really hard, i just didn't realize how many shades of white there actually are, there are some fab prizes on offer for this competition but it is for Simply Sassy stamps only, the  prize is a Spellbinders Grand Caliber, then there is a prize of  12 stamps yes a whole 12 stamps so you have no excuse not to enter, if i can make a wow card anyone can you need to link your cards "HERE"...

I have used "Pillow Talk" from Funky kits and she has been coloured with markers and chalks, i have added a little white highlight to some places and some glitter to others, i have added some embossed card, and a die cut edge, 2 different sizes of ribbon and a big bow, i have added some white flat back pearls in the scallop of the border, i have added 3 "Prima" flowers and i have tied some dental floss through each button that i have popped in the centre of the flower, i have left my image full size so you can click to see the embossing, i have die cut a butterfly and added this too and i have sprayed the lot with "Dazzling Diamonds" glimmer mist to make her sparkle.....

A couple of Coco's

I had to make these as 8x8 and i have never done one before i couldn't really get my head around it, the image i printed bigger and it seemed just to big lol, but i really enjoyed doing them and Coco is one of my all time favorites from "Digi Stamp Boutique" that's the great thing about digital images you can make them bigger if you need them to be bigger.....

I have used "Coco with heart" and he has been coloured with markers and chalks, i have added a "Grunge" corner is silver and i have used "Nitwit" papers and also distressed the edges in silver, i have added some "Prima" flowers with a rose head, the sentiment is an old Elzybells one......

This one is "Coco with Roses" and he has also been coloured with markers and chalk, i have added a touch of stickles to the roses, the papers are "Nitwits" and i have added some "Prima" flowers with a small punched flower and a brad in the centre, thank you so much for looking today, biggest of hugs love Pops x x x x

Getting the tree

It is so cold here today but i think the snow has finally stopped, just hope it stays away for Monday so Sammie can go to school she is really bored and weepy think a day out will do her good, my card today has been made with one of the gorgeous new stamps from Papilio, this is called getting the tree and can be found "Here"...

I have coloured Lida with markers and chalks and used up "scrap papers" i have added some  "prima flowers" with snowflake centres, i have added some glitter and diamond dust, thank you for looking big warm hugs love Pops x x x 

Lili of the Valley challenge

I am so sorry that my card is late, i had a terrible migraine yesterday i couldn't get on the computer at all, sorry to all my team mates, anyway the challenge this week is "My favorite things" a really nice and easy one you can win a £10voucher to spend in Lili of the Valley shop....

I used "James Bear with Cracker" he is my favorite Christmas image, i have coloured him with markers and chalks and added lots of glitter, my papers are a mix from "Dies to die for" and i have added some glittered snowflakes and distressed all the edges...
